Pet care experience
I've been taking care of dogs since the age of 11, when I was given a dog of my own (before that, we'd had "family" dogs). I have experience with large, outdoor-oriented dogs (huskies, blue heelers), as well as, smaller dogs (chihuahuas, terriers) and I LOVE them all! There is no fluff too big OR too small to bring a smile to my face! I am a current dog owner of a Boston Terrier/Blue Heeler mix, named Nugget. She's 27 pounds of energy and sass at 3 years old this coming November 2020! I have experienced everything from cleaning up "accidents" to caring for her while she was sick (including administering daily medication). I love to play with and give love to any animal I meet, but dogs hold a special, golden pedestal in my heart. I can't wait to show your best friend the best personal care while you are away!

Kristina is an amazing person with a larger than life personality. She takes care of her own pup like one would a child. Her dog is beyond spoiled and is so well trained. She has dog sat for me several times and even stayed in my home on more than one occasion to dog sit while I was away. She’s responsible in every aspect you could think of. Kristina is reliable in any situation that anyone may need and would give the shirt off her back to a complete stranger. Any dog in her care would be treated with nothing but love and care. She’s knowledgeable all around and keeps a level head in any situation thrown at her. I would trust Kristina with any of my animals at any given time as I know she would put them as her number 1 priority!

Availability
I work full-time for a company in Urbana, Monday thru Friday 7:30AM-4PM. I only go into the office on Tuesday and Thursday, but I live within driving distance to the C-U area to be able to provide drop-ins or daily walks. I occasionally go out of town on the weekends to visit my boyfriend, but I can give you a better idea of availability via message.
