Pet care experience
I’m a calm and patient person so I work well with pets, even the most untrained ones. I have pet sat for many years now as family and friends have always been able to rely on me to watch their furry friends. I love working with all animals, big, small, calm, sassy, or even the strangest of pets like lizards, snakes, rabbits, ferrets, birds, etc. Animals bring me tons of joy and being trusted to care for them is a big responsibility I don’t take lightly, especially as a pet owner myself, I understand how much your best friend means to you.

Kristina has taken care of our dogs Guero and Lima for a few years now when my husband and I need to go out of town. We trust our babies with her as she takes meticulous attention to instructions we leave her. Our dog Guero has a heart condition and takes quite a bit of medication, which she always makes sure he gets.

I have a senior cat that I’ve had since middle school. She is free fed but I understand that doesn’t work for most pets and they need to be put on a schedule. I have also cared for senior dogs that need extra special needs, routines, or medications.

A typical day
I prefer to take dogs on long hikes/runs or the dog park as I find that’s was exercises them the best, but a good walk around the the neighborhood is good too.

Availability
I’m usually available early mornings and nights, but will be able to do full days twice a week. I work full time and my schedule is fairly consistent but will not always be exactly the same each week.
