I’ve had quite a few experiences professionally caring for animals. I’ve fostered seeing eye dogs for the blind through the organization Fidelco. When doing this I also taught basic commands such as stay, sit, lay down, etc... In addition to learning basic training skills I had to pass a home inspection. My home has been certified safe by Fidelco. Additionally I have experience volunteering with T.A.I.L.S in Norwalk. The organization is a nonprofit that runs through pet stores. I’ve had experience in adoption events with both cats and dogs, and I’ve worked in cat socialization. Lastly, I’ve watched pets for family and friends before. I’ve taken care of fish, rabbits, cats, and dogs.
