I was not happy with lack of communication. Sometimes I got no response to a text messages for over 24 hours or more. They did not take my dog on any walks that I know of or to a dog park, and they are right next to one! I know it’s hot this time of year in AZ, but we take Sebastian out on walks early morning or late evening 6-7 nights a week, which I wrote down & mentioned. They also did not give him very many of the treats I left. Updates & pics were very sparse, and sent sometimes during early morning hours. We were just happy to get him back home safe! Our regular sitter updates us daily & sends pics, takes him on walks & gives him treats. She was out of town so we were forced to find someone new. I feel like they just do it for the money, sadly. Pretty sure they only brushed him before 1 pic & right before I picked him up because he had very matted hair. I think they have too many other animals over there to given him much attention.
