Pet care experience
I am absolutely what they call “a dog person” :) I grew up with golden retrievers my whole life. Still waiting on the right timing to get one of my own but often had roommates with dogs which is a great close second. I’m active and love the outdoors myself so definitely let me know if your pup needs a run / long walk / fetch in the park, happy to treat them to whatever activity level they need!

Kristina did a fantastic job watching our puppy. He’s only 5 months old and had never stayed with a sitter, so he was a little anxious. But she sent pictures and kept us in the loop with how he was doing. We’ll definitely use Kristina again!

Kristina was wonderful with our two labs. She treated them like they were her own and gave them lots of love and attention. She was also very patient and understanding with our almost 14 year old lab. Highly recommend Kristina!
Kristina is a natural with animals, trust worthy, and reliable! Over the last 2 years she's stayed at my house with my dog Birdie multiple times and has always done a spectacular job. She's great at communicating and sending lots of puppy pics. Not to mention, I always come home to a spotless house! I highly recommend her :)

I’m currently in an apartment with no other pets, that a dog can comfortably stay with me in. I always want to make sure they have what they need wherever we are, whether that’s a certain leash, their favorite toy, special treats etc.

I love dogs of all ages, sizes needs etc. I’ve watched dogs that needed lots of exercise and I’ve watched dogs with medical conditions that really just needed close care. I usually like to know how long they prefer to walk and also how they are on a leash with other dogs. I’ve handled dogs that don’t do well on walks with other dogs and it doesn’t bother me, but good to know to be proactive in those situations :) I would never feed a dog without the owners permission but it’s good to know about any allergies etc if there is a concern there.
A typical day
When I lived in Denver I had so many parks I could take the pups to. We’d go on long scenic walks, sometimes take a dip in the water. Find areas to safely play fetch. I’d be happy to take your dog to any of the local parks if you are ok with that! I live right near Canton Dog Park.

Availability
I permanently work from home so I am flexible and available for most walks during the day. Flexible on weekends as well for overnight stays here or there. Being a dog walker / sitter is mutually beneficial for me and the pup because I love the exercise and the adorable company.
