I was extremely grateful for Kristina's time and attention given to my two dogs while I was away for 4-5 days. I received daily updates from her while away, with some photo updates. When I drove up to pick them up, dogs were calm in the front yard waiting for me. No Barking. I live in a rural community so barking was common for pyrenees, however, they seemed very calm in the city/suburb where she resided. Krstina's feedback was detailed, timely and considerate. Her BF and roommate apparently were also helpful in keeping the dogs comforted while I was away. The reason I chose 4 stars: My initial hesitation was due to house on fairly busy road and the house appearing cluttered inside. I chose to trust her and am glad I did. For future purposes, I would recommend decluttering and organizing the house well in advance to keep a cleaner space(s)/countertops in the home as first impressions can make/break a deal. I would also recommend taking an active approach to introducing yourself to the pets to show you are interested to help make the client feel comfortable. Took good care of my beast. He seemed happy when picked him up. He gave her some challenges too by leaping baby gates!
