Hello! I’m a proud pet parent to a 13 year old American shorthair named Spock and a pit-mix named Arrow. While I’m away, my roommates take care of my pets and plants. I have worked as an urban farmer and youth organizer around food justice for about 13 years and I currently WFH on digital communications for an anti-hunger nonprofit. I am very passionate about plants, animals and the natural world. When you book me, your pet will receive the most personalized and passionate care. As an experienced pet owner, I am very comfortable with getting down and dirty to reinforce and reward desired behavior, clean up after pets thoroughly, administer medicine and so on. Additionally, I am very passionate about the magical relationship and fulfillment of being a pet owner. I understand how attuned animals are to energy and I assure you that my interactions with your pet will not be halfhearted.

Kristina is my go to sitter!! My two cats love her, and my apartment is always cleaner than how I left it when I get back from a trip.
This was my second time having Kristina stay at my apartment and take care of my two cats. Just as the first time she came, she did a wonderful job taking care of my babies and my home. My cats absolutely love her, and she kept me informed with pictures and messages daily. She’ll be the first person I reach out to next time I’m out of town!
Kristina is a caring, thoughtful, and responsible apartment and cat sitter. I will absolutely be working with her again. Kristina stayed at my apartment for 5 nights and looked after my two cats. When we did a meet and greet before my trip, both my cats immediately took to her and it was clear she is comfortable and has experience w cats. She sent pictures and updates everyday while I was away, and she was super responsive and kind with anything I asked of her. It was clear from the pictures I got that my kitties had a great time while I was away, and I came home to a beautifully clean home and two very happy, relaxed cats. Thank you Kristina!
Kristina is a fantastic house and dog sitter. Our senior dog, Scheyer, was well-fed, walked, and happy. Her reliability and attention to detail gave us peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend!

There are so many factors when it comes to your pet’s behavior. I will always ask questions to make sure I am clear about their upbringing, age, triggers, health, quirks, comforts and lifestyle before jumping to conclusions based on breed.
A typical day
I love to learn about your pets personality and quirks to tailor my interactions with them. An inquisitive pet will to show me what they know through puzzles and training. An active pet will treasure that extra 15 minutes of play time. A skiddish pet will warm up to a calm voice, space and eventually some cuddles. Whatever the need, I got you!
