I last minute realized I hadn't arranged somewhere for my lab, Alvin, to stay and Kristin was incredibly accommodating and flexible despite my last minute haste. Alvin is pretty sensitive to unfamiliar surroundings and is a total mama's boy, so an average kennel boarding would be a nightmare for him. But when he stayed with Kristen, he got to socialize with her fantastic dog, Chance, and get plenty of the one on one attention he needs. She sent me updates and pictures of his stay snuggling up with Chance, and laying in the bed, that helped put my worries about him at ease. This was my first time spending the night away from him since I got him and it was an awesome experience for the both of us.
