Kristin was absolutely amazing. We were all set for Kristin to come every morning to feed our cats, but a few days before we left on our week long trip, we found out one of our cats had cancer. He needed to be visited twice a day and fed a different way. Kristin accepted our request to come twice a day as well as graciously agreed to care for him while we were gone and feed our fish- which was not originally asked of her. After a week of being gone, our flight was delayed for another 4 days and Kristin kindly agreed to extend her time caring for our pets. When our sick cat ran out of his food because we were gone so long, she even stopped at the store to get him more! She could have said no to all of this, but she made a very stressful time for us feel a lot calmer. Would highly recommend her to anyone and will absolutely be requesting her in the future! Very impressed and forever grateful to her!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Kristin. After meeting Kristin at our meet and greet we both felt very confident and at ease leaving our two big pups with her. It is such a relief not having to worry (as much) about your pets when you're on vacation. We have a "special needs" boy who needed a bit of extra attention and she took such good care of him. Kristin sent at least one photo a day and gave us updates on how they were both doing. She was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times too. We had a great experience with Kristin taking care of our pets!
