My dog is the center of my world, and I spend hours every day training and working with his physical and mental needs. I have now had two dogs, both of which have been rescues, and each reactive in their own way. I provide long walks that balance structure and free roaming and sniffing, depending on what we're working on, or what the dog needs. I love playing fetch, frisbee, going on a run, or whatever the dog's needs are. My own dog is a cattle dog, so we work a ton on training obedience, structured walking, and just having a lot of fun.
