Pet care experience
As a puppy owner myself, I am experienced with all of the best (and the most frustrating) parts of working with dogs of all kinds! I am adept to handle anything your pet may need just as I do for my own little guy. I've had dogs my whole life and pet sat/dog walked through much of my college and adult life. I am brand new to Spokane, but not to Rover!
Reviews
Kristin was great! She always showed up at the time requested, and took great care of my little Emilia.
Thanks for taking good care of my kitties!
Kristin is completely dependable! I don’t worry about my cats when I’m traveling. Thanks Kristin!
Kristin was wonderful! She took great care of our boy and always let us know how he was doing. We’re very grateful to have found her. 👏👏👏

I am a loving and caring pet caregiver, I know how important it is to meet all of your dogs needs - physically, mentally, and emotionally - for them to be able to live a calm, happy, and stress-free life. I know the anxiety and fear that can come with leaving your pet at home while you're away or out of the home busy. Whether it's walking, daycare, or drop-ins...I am here to help ensure your pet is taken care of in the exact same way that you would. Whether that is simply potty breaks and feeding, or if they require specific care and attention in other ways. I will treat your pet like my own — with lots of love, treats (if allowed), sniffs, pets and love. And ensure their happiness and safety along the way.
Information Kristin F. would like to know about your pet
Do they have any specific needs in regards to food, potty time, exercise etc? Are there any boundaries or things I should know about when your dog is left at home alone - are they allowed free range of the home between drop ins? Are they reactive to other dogs or people? Are they comfortable with new people (i.e. me)? Are they friendly to people/dogs/kids? Are they motivated by food or something else? Do they have any specific triggers on walks or while outside?
A typical day
Working from home provides me the flexibility to drop in and give your pet a little love and attention while you're away! I'm available for drop ins throughout the week and weekends where I am happy to let your dog out, provide food/water, play games and/or snuggles and more! I will follow whatever directions you provide for caring for your pet during that time to align as closely as possible with their normal schedule. Taking your dog for an exciting walk around your area (or specific destinations if applicable). In my opinion, the best walks are whatever your pup needs that day. A brisk, determined trot? Great. A more leisurely pace? Excellent. Lots of sniffs? Cool with me! Working from home means I am around to care for your dogs in my own space with daycare options, as well!

Working from home provides me the flexibility to drop in and give your pet a little love and attention while you're away or hang with your pups during the day! 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐈𝐧𝐬 I'm available for drop-ins throughout the week and weekends where I am happy to let your dog out, provide food/water, play games and/or snuggles and more! If you're gone for a bit, I am more than happy to bring inside your mail, water plants, and care for miscellaneous small pets like fish, to make your time away more seamless! 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 Walking is a part of my daily routine — I love getting outside to start or end my day with some fresh air and a little sweat. I'm happy to take your pups on walks around your neighborhood for potty breaks or to get out some of the pent-up energy! 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 My boyfriend and I are both home full-time meaning your pup would never be left unsupervised. Visiting dogs MUST be used to small dogs as we have a 2-year-old, very playful 14lb pup of our own. We have a fully fenced large backyard great for potty breaks and playtime! Weather permitting, daycare will include a short walk in addition to lots of playtime, snuggles, toys, and treats (if allowed). In-home meet & greet is preferred with our dog when possible. Typical availability is 8-5:30 weekdays. Please let us know if your timing is longer and we’re happy to accommodate if able!
