Kristen was careful about her job and duties. An unfortunate incident happened and while I was shocked by her reaction, especially since I understood she regularly worked with animals. I have no desire to blame, badmouth or revisit what happened. She was upset and I was disappointed to have to cut my vacation short, especially since it was my birthday. I will just say I wish Rover and the sitter the best.

Kristin was a terrific dog sitter - she arrived on time (twice on the same day), gave Stella a walk and some loving (twice in the same day), and even sent us pictures. She stopped by the day before our appointments (with no pay) to meet me and our two pets (cat and dog), check out our needs and setup, and ask all the possible questions she might have in Order to do a great job! We were so assured that she was doing a great job that we were able to fully enjoy the day away from our beloved pets! I will definitely hire her again and also recommend her to others. She loves animals and gave lot of that to our pets-a perfect experience for us and our pets!
