Louie and Mowgli have been my faithful sidekicks for nearly seven years. As a devoted dog and cat owner, I understand the joys and challenges that come with pet care. In my free time, I happily extend my services to friends in need, caring for their beloved pets as if they were my own. Kristin is awesome! She always gets pics of our shy (and often hostile) cat. Always keeps in contact so I always know what’s going on. Such a relief to know our somewhat difficult cat is in good hands when we leave!
My senior dog’s boarding days are behind her as she prefers to be home in her older age so for a long weekend trip, I decided to try Rover for the first time. I read some recent reviews and read great things about Kristin so I reached out to see if she would be available. She responded quickly and when I told her it was my first time using the app, she walked me through her process of meeting us/the pet about a week before the job which I thought was a really great idea. She was kind and attentive to our pet and the details (food instructions, where to find supplies etc) Once we left town, she was very communicative. I loved getting pictures and a brief overview of how our dog was doing while we were away. I would highly recommend Kristin and hope to be able to use her again in the future!
Kristin did an excellent job even in tough circumstances. We have a dog in declining health and her constant updates kept us at ease. We could tell she genuinely cared for our boys the same as we would.
Booked Kristin for a second time for Christmas. Great updates on our grumpy cat, and she got pictures of him every visit, even got him to sit with her, which we thought wasn’t possible. We’ll definitely be booking her again!
