Pet care experience
I currently have a house with no live-in animals so I am able to care for those animals who might need to be solo. I pay attention to dog body language and can tailor my care to their preference. I love the cuddly and playful animals but I realize some animals may need more space. I have had dogs, cats, and one hamster throughout my life. I have also volunteered at a zoo, a wildlife rehab, and animal rescue, so I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals in all stages of their life. I have experience feeding specialized diets as well as giving medication, orally and topically. I enjoy taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood, and would be able to visit a dog park if needed. For house-sitting or drop-ins, I am able to adapt to your place and take care of your animals in a space that they are comfortable. As a lifelong animal lover, I cannot wait to meet your pup!

We are absolutely grateful to Kristin & her husband for taking wonderful care of our Mochi. We would definitely book her services again! She was so flexible in working with our drop-off & pick-up times. She had a warm, comfortable, safe home complete with doggie bowls, toys, crate, & bed. She also stayed in regular touch with us while we were away. We could tell that Mochi loved staying with Kristin & her husband too. Mochi is so happy to have made new friends & hopes to see them again.
Kristin was fantastic! Toby had a great time staying with her. I really appreciated how she asked thoughtful questions to make sure Toby would get the best care. Highly recommend!

We will take walks around the neighborhood as well as visit any of the dog parks around the area. I enjoy hiking so if your dog is up to it, I could also take them along.
