👋 Hello! I’m Kristin and my husband Alec and I love dogs! I grew up with dogs my whole life, and my husband and I got our first dog together (Gouda) 4 years ago. Gouda is our world, so we know how important it is to find a good dog sitter you can trust! 🤍 Dogs are family to us and we love watching our friends’ dogs and finding dog friendly activities to do with our pup. After watching our friends’ dogs over the years, we thought we should expand to Rover to make even more furbabies feel right at home. 🏠 Your dog will get to play in our fenced in backyard, go on many walks, and have a HUGE selection of toys to pick from! We love to take dog photos, so we will definitely send many photo and video updates so you’ll know what your dog is up to on their little vacation 🐶

We were looking for a last minute option for our dog, Orca. Kristin and Alec were very accommodating. They met with Orca and us at their home and introduced their adorable dog, Gouda, to Orca, before the stay. That eased us and Orca very much. They set pics and updates throughout his stay. Kristin and Alec provided excellent care for our dog, George. They sent pictures and notes keeping us updated while we were away and I could tell George was having a great time with Gouda and the other dog they were sitting. I highly recommend their service!
Mochi had a great time with Kristin, Alec and Gouda again! They take such great care of her. Mochi has so much fun with them.
Kristin and Alec are so amazing. This is the second time I have left Layla with them. I am able to fully relax on my vacation knowing she will be safe and have the best time! :)

We have a fenced in backyard that is spacious for the dogs to play. We have 1 dog named Gouda who is 4 years old and very friendly with all dogs. Your dog will be allowed on our furniture and bed since in our house dogs are treated like family! 🥰

Dog Requirements: - Non-aggressive behavior - Fully vaccinated and up to date with flea/tick preventative - Neutered/spayed - Less than 40 lbs - Potty trained - At least 1 year old **NOTE** We watch a maximum of 2-3 dogs at a time, and we will only watch 1 new dog at a time (unless the dogs are from the same owner). This is to ensure when watching a dog for the first time we can give extra attention and care to understand their personality. Our Rover calendar availability may not fully reflect that.
A typical day
We love to play fetch and tug with the dogs in the backyard, and take the dogs on walks around our neighborhood. On weekends we sometimes like to take the dogs with us on a fun adventures to a dog friendly hiking trail.

Availability
Alec works from home everyday, so dog sitting fits very naturally into our schedule. On the weekend, we love to go on hikes or find dog friendly beaches. 🌲
