Pet care experience
I’ve grown up in a home with dogs ever since I can remember. I have cared for friends pets many times in the past and decided it was time to spread the love! My husband and I have three dogs (and a cat!) so I know how much love and care our pets need.

Kristie has lovingly cared for our pets for 10 years. She has stayed in our home while we have gone on vacations so our older dog would be more comfortable. Our dogs have absolutely loved Kristie and always excited to see her. We never were able to find a good place to take our pups to while we went away, they would be nervous or scared and obviously not happy so when we found Kristie we were absolutely thrilled! She is loving, kind, dedicated and we trust her completely!
This is the second time we hire Kristi to drop in on our dog and the pictures she sends shows that he is truly enjoying himself with her. She treats him like he’s her own and that more than money can buy!
Couldn’t have asked for more out of a sitter! Kristi is super friendly and connected right away with Elliott during our meet and greet. Kristi kept me updated with how her visit was going with Elliott, what they were doing and sent pictures. I will definitely be utilizing her services again!!!

While I do not offer boarding in my home (my dogs are very rambunctious!) I am more than happy to take overnight stays to keep your pups company while their humans are away. I know how important it is to have a caring person to trust with the care of your fur babies, and I like to do everything in my power to make them feel as comfortable as if you were still home.

Please let me know if your dogs have any special needs or quirks ahead of time. I have a senior dog and understand the special care certain dogs may require, and it is very helpful to know ahead of time what to expect.
A typical day
I’d love to take a stroll with your dogs, play at the park, and smell all the smells! We can even visit the pet store and get some treats!

Availability
I work a typical 8-5 job and would be able to walk dogs before and after work. If you’re in the Deland area, I would also be able to visit during my lunch hour. Doing an overnight stay is possible as well!
