O those puppy dog eyes... they get me every time. I lost my girl Sasha a couple years ago on Christmas, and I'm not ready for another pup yet, but I'd be delighted to help care for yours. I love dogs (pets) of all kinds, except for disobedience ones. I'm self employed, and work from home, so my schedule and location is flexible. I consider all dogs pups, and tend to bring out their playful side. I have house and dog sat several breeds, including border and rough collies, weimaraners, retrievers, labs, spring and cocker spaniels, dachshunds, pitbulls, boxers, bulldogs, havaneses, shih tzus, yorkies, frenchies and all kinds of mixes. I favor medium size breeds which are easy to walk on a leash, but truly love them all. I will help out with cat care and other pets and plants as well. I enjoy training dogs, to sit, lie down, roll over, play dead, do push-ups, etc. I get along best with dogs who love people, enjoy being petted/brushed, and playing fetch/tug of war. I cannot be held responsible if your dog starts to love me more than you. For boarding clients, my property sits on 1/3 acer and we have a fenced-in back yard, so there is plenty of room for them to run around. I own a co-living home and have 4 tenants who reside with me so there is always someone there to keep them company.
