Pet care experience
A transplant from NYC, moved to Atlanta in October 2019. In New York, I was unable to have my own dog because of the hours I worked in business management, so I had cats and would sit dogs for friends and colleagues whenever given the chance.

We’re always nervous about leaving our dogs with someone new, but she did an amazing job with both our pugs and sent frequent updates.
Kristena took such amazing care of our two pugs - one is a senior dog with mobility issues and medications. I wasn’t sure they would want to come back home after being treated as princesses. :) Kristena pays attention to every detail and is absolutely amazing.
Kristena was absolutely perfect! One of our two pups can be very timid with new people, but Kristena was patient and kind and our girl warmed up very quickly. She sent pictures and updates regularly and was always quick to respond to us. Highly recommend!
Kristena is amazing! I have an anxious dog who has some separation anxiety. I work from home and live alone, so he’s used to a lot of attention. Kristena eased all of my worries about leaving him! She sent photos, gave him snuggles, had toys for him to play with, and I’m pretty sure he came home wishing he could go back to her house. ? Thank you, Kristena!

I was able to adopt my own dog Juno and she is the perfect assistant and loves all dogs as she has had friends come and go through our home most of her life. I live with my roommate, Allison in a cute house in Clarkston that has a fenced in backyard. She also is in the petcare industry, but prefers to travel while I prefer to board. You will see Dottie Rae listed as my pet, but that is Allison’s dog. Dottie goes with Allison 85% of her sits so she is not always here. Our home is dedicated to the dogs as it's full of dog beds, toys, and love. I also have a crate and a playpen that are only used by request, so you wouldn’t have to bring your own. I'm absolutely comfortable administering medications as I care for a lot of senior dogs. Anything else you need to know about me, feel free to ask!

A typical day
Each dog has their own needs and energy level. I adapt depending on the needs of your dog. I love going on long walks in the neighborhood or just playing around out in the yard with balls.
