I have worked with animals my entire life and have spent the last 10 years professionally working on the veterinary field. I have a great deal of knowledge for taking care of pets, medicating, and enrichment for animals.

Kristen was a wonderful sitter for my Morrison. She made sure to spend some really good quality time with him since he was lonely and I was gone for so long. She sent me really good pictures to make sure he was doing well. I knew he was in good hands and I didn't have to worry at all. I missed him so much but he's looking for Kristen already haha! If you're looking for a caring sitter, pick this fantastic human.
Sooo thankful! My sweet boy wasn’t feeling well but she went above and beyond to make him feel better (and me while I was hours away!!) and also cleaned up after him. I got pictures and she was extremely understanding of his routine! Best dog sitter I’ve had! Thank you!
Kristen took care of our year and a half old, high energy lab/collie mix for a week. Kristen did a great job; she gave our pup the love and attention she needed. We would hire Kristen again next time we go out of town.
Kristen did an excellent job of caring for my boys. I’ve been reluctant to leave my elderly dachshund while we travel. Kristen took good care of him and even cleaned up his messes. The other two were showered with attention, fed and watered. They all like you Kristen and I do too!

Whether I am taking care of pets at my home or at a clients home the first rule is to always treat pets the way I would treat my own. Making sure potty breaks are being given at reasonable times, litterboxes are clean, food and medications are on schedule, and cuddles are given on the regular is very important to me.

It's important to know if your pet had any medical conditions or if they are on any medications or have any special concerns. I also like to have a little insight on your pets personality and how I can make them more comfortable.
A typical day
I like to learn what the pets enjoy, whether it be walks, playing tug-of-war with a favorite toy, or cuddling up on the couch and reading a book with your furry friend.

Availability
I work in New Braunfels Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and occasional Saturdays. I am available for mid-day potty breaks and overnight or drop-ins from Thursday night until Tuesday morning. I am in school all day Tuesday and Thursday and am not available for any mid-day potty breaks.
