Kristen has helped us with our two cats while we were travelling during the holidays for almost two weeks. She was very responsive and were able to arrange the service very quickly. She was responsible and noted everything she needed to know to take care of our kitties. While we were away she sent us many photos and we were sure our cats are well taken care of. She took extra effort to entertain them every day and they even played with toys they haven't played with for awhile! She also kept our bathroom floor clean and swept scattered litter, which we didn't expect her to do at all. Thank you so much Kristen! We were able to have peace of mind and enjoy our vacation!

Kristen did a terrific job taking care of my cats. When we met she asked lots of questions and made lots of notes. She went above and beyond, taking them out onto the balcony each day and playing with them. She gave them lots of genuine affection, loving animals as much as she does. She also sent messages and pics every day while I was away. I was out of the country for two weeks and was nervous about leaving the cats. However, my fears were all for nought as Kristen made me feel 100% confident my cats were in the best hands.
