I really struck gold with Kristen! Hardworking, excellent communication, and very knowledgeable! She cared for my birds extremely well while I was out of state. I can't sing high enough praises for her.

Kristen is an amazing doggie/house sitter! We had the nicest visit during our meet and greet! She is sweet and smart and interesting to talk with. We felt completely comfortable with her right away and knew that our four "kids" would too, as she clearly loves animals. And we were right! One of our dogs is a little squirrely about strangers, but Kristen was extremely patient with her until our kiddo felt comfortable and warmed up. Another of our girls requires medication and special food prep that is different from the other three, so we had to leave a ton of instructions. Mealtime is usually an ordeal under the best of circumstances, getting everyone to stick to their own bowl, but Kristen handled it with no problem. She is a great communicator, sending frequent updates, pictures and even videos, and she replies to texts almost instantly! To say that everything was fine is an understatement -- when we got home, not only were the kids fine and happy, the house was even tidier than we left it! In short, I guess the most succinct way to sum up this review is that you couldn't find a more responsible pet/house sitter than Kristen, but more than that, I doubt that you could find anyone nicer either. We consider her to be a new friend!
