Through my experience of owning a "family pet" for 13 years, 11 years rehabilitating and adventuring with my first rescue pit bull, and 3 years with my recent rescue, Scooby, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of dog needs and behavior. I provide a blend of love, companionship, and structure to help all dogs settle into their best selves! I'm comfortable with adapting to all energy levels and providing care to suit each dog's preference. I'm adequately equipped to provide safe, professional, and enjoyable care for your pet. A strong consideration when buying my car was "dog transport" for my own pet, so you can count on the availability of a safe and convenient option for transportation; whether it's a trip to the park or the peace of mind in knowing there is a plan and transport in the event of an emergency.

I like to know as much information as possible about your pet starting with any pressing physical needs. From there, any feedback on temperament or preferences for connection is helpful. Some dogs crave/need snuggles and others just want to play and then have solo rest time. Any information that will help ease your particular pet’s anxiety with being in your absence would be appreciated.
A typical day
My location in Inwood gives me access to the largest dog run in Manhattan if that is of interest, as well as some light hiking by the Cloisters or in Inwood Park. If your pet enjoys just being involved, I also like to bring my dog through the farmers market on the weekend for fresh sights and smells.

I work at Baker Athletic Complex in Inwood and at this particular time frame, I have flexibility throughout my day that I’ve been able to build in to take care of my own dog.
