Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs/cats for family and friends my whole life. I had extensive time with yorkies, boxers, cats, Boston terriers, and more. I am currently in graduate school to be a therapist and hope to use animals to help heal people’s mental struggles one day in the future in a therapeutic model. I understand how much your pet is to your family and intricate care of your pet is how you rest when gone. I will treat your family like my own children. I can feed, walk, drop in, play, give medication, bathe, spend the night with, stay at my house, or at yours. Let me know how we can meet and get to know each other!

Kristen was great with my pups. I knew when my dogs met her at the meet and greet that she would be the person that would be taking care of my pups whenever we need. Kristen was very responsive and also very understanding and attentive to my dogs wants/needs. I will definitely be using her again!!

When I see your pet, I get to know your pets needs and ask questions and spend time observing the relationship between me and your pet. I write detailed notes with needs, feeding schedules, walk times, bed times , medicines and more. When you leave plan on me walking, playing, cuddling, and sending you many photos of our time together. I will write the time and date that I do anything that is important. Most importantly, I will follow your schedule exactly. Any animals that I care for in my house, as opposed to yours, would need to be up to date on vaccines. I have one cat, and open back yard with lots of grass, and 4 kids ages 8 to 15. I am able to separate the cat and kids from others if needed.

Please let me know any of your dogs needs. I will follow your exact schedule. If your dog takes medicine, what time they eat, how long do they walk, where do they sleep, what food do they eat, how are they with kids and other animals, are all important questions.
A typical day
I love to take dogs around to allow for fun stimulation. I love to go around lakes, at a park, throw a ball, sniff the grass and much more! Dogs need to feel the fresh air and get their energy out so they are calm and relaxed.I am there to be their fun companion. I love to cuddle and sleep with the dog if I’m spending the night.

Availability
I’m very flexible, punctual, and professional in all my jobs. I am in graduate school to be a mental health therapist but it is all online. Since school is online and it can be taken with me. Therefore, my schedule is flexible and I will work with you. I can walk dogs many times a day or block times for days of care.
