I am an experienced dog owner and foster dog home. We have a fenced in back yard, and plenty of room in our home. I work full time but at times have flexibility to work at home some of the time. We can put up gates in the house as needed for feeding or other reasons. We will do leisurely or energetic walks (according to your dog's needs), and lots of fun play time! I would love to welcome your dog in my home! About this sitter: I am a confirmed dog lover! I have two college age sons who are here often. We love to meet and care for guest dogs. We have done some dog and cat fostering for a local rescue group in the last few years but are not fostering presently. Why I love dog sitting I have had dogs all my life, starting with growing up on a farm and caring for our family's cats and dogs. I love dogs and am comfortable with all sizes of dogs. Meet my pets We were so sad to lose our Sasha in 2016. (She was a French Mastiff - shown in some of the pics on this profile.) My son has a a 7 year old, 50 pound, spayed, female named Irvie who is here sometimes. She is a sweet and mellow bully breed. She gets along very well with other dogs. I also have an 8 year old female cat named Mittens. She is a sweet girl and knows how to co-exist peacefully with dogs. If dogs are a little too interested in her we can create separate spaces for them. About my yard I have a backyard with 4 foot fence. I always stay in the yard with guest dogs. My experience administering medication I have no problem giving pills or other forms of meds.
