Pet care experience
I had dogs and cats my whole entire childhood through high school years. Shortly after my husband and I got married, we rescued a husky, who we named Wylie. He was the center of our world for many years. He passed away in 2016. We dog sit a couple times a year to get our pet fix. We are a family of 6 who loves dogs and meeting new dogs.

Kristen and her family were incredible to our dogs. They were very accommodating to their needs. They allowed them to chew up the toys we brought for them and were cool with the mess that came along with it. The treats that were provided were given out. Kristen was very flexible with drop off pick up time. I was pleasantly surprised to see my dogs were not the excised to see me when I returned to pick them up. Which truly tells me that they were given a ton of love attention and affection. I’m very thankful that they watched our dogs. I definitely will use them again.
Our energetic 2 year old lab had the best time with Kristen and her family. We received pictures and updates while we were on our trip, it was clear she quickly became part of their family. We would definitely use Kristen again!

Hallie and Toby knew they were back for a fantastic time with Kristen as soon as we pulled into the drive way. With the long walks, space to roam and comfortable home it’s like they are on a vacation. Kristen helped with a last minute adjustment for some medication for Toby and was so accommodating to us. Cannot be more happier with my experience and we’ll be back soon!

For dogs who can't be off leash, we would take them out to the bathroom and walk them around the yard. My office is on the main level, right off our front door, this tends to be a favorite spot for dogs to lay when I dog sit. There is a big window that gets great sun, which seems to be a favorite spot.

We have four kiddos ranging from 13 to 7 years old. They love dogs and would be a great fit with someone who has a dog that loves kids.

We have trails and woods right behind our house and this is one of my favorite places for our family to walk and walk dogs when we dog sit.

Availability
I currently work in an office 2-3 days a week and am home weekends and 2-3 days during the week. I typically get out a couple times a day for quick personal walks while I am working from home.
