My husband and I hired Kristen to walk our 9 year old dog Molly back in January, as I just had spinal surgery, and was not going to be able to do a lot of everyday activities for a while. I was a little hesitant to hire another dog walker, since the last one we used (not from Rover) wound up not waking Molly, and was caught just sitting on a park bench, playing on his phone the entire time. Needless to say, I was quite upset. I liked Kristen’s profile on Rover, and we had a meet and greet with her and Molly, which went very well. Molly absolutely loves Kristen, and always gets very excited to see her. Molly is a senior dog, and has had some health issues arise, but I really appreciated the fact that Kristen recommended some products for Molly’s arthritis and joint issues, and sends me information that she thinks might be beneficial for us. We also have two very sweet, but constant attention seeking cats. I love the fact that whenever Kristen comes over, she always will take the time to give the cats plenty of pets and belly rubs. They are in seventh heaven, and never want her to leave. It’s such a pleasure having peace of mind, knowing that our precious fur babies are being so well taken care of, and don’t have to worry. I couldn’t ask for a better person to take Molly for her daily walks, or be around our cats. I would highly recommend Kristen if you’re looking for a responsible and caring dog walker or pet sitter in general.

Kristen has already been such a lifesaver for my animal crew! I contacted Kristen for her assistance after breaking my wrist and she was so responsive and flexible with our scheduling needs. I can tell that my Bailey loved her time with Kristen by how well she slept afterwards ? she also kept me updated with photos and videos which was a very comforting bonus! We will definitely be welcoming Kristen back in the future and we're already so grateful for her help ?
