I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. I have taken care of dogs of every kind for many years. Getting to know, neighbors and friends dogs on walks and taking care of them has been a great experience. I have never met a dog I didn’t like, and more importantly, who didn’t like me.

Our dog is tail wagging at drop off knowing the great care he will have while at Kristen’s house. Never easy to leave behind our fur baby we receive daily updates with pictures to feel comfortable he is happy and cared for! Super accommodating with scheduled drop off and pick up too!
Always makes our fur “senior” feel at home. Accommodates our asks to keep him comfortable and happy. He arrives with a wagging tail knowing time with Kristen is safe, secure and guaranteed for chin stratches and belly rubs.
Kristen was amazing sending a daily picture and update despite how hectic hosting at holidays may be. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our lab was well taken care of, from walks to food to his daily treat and his favorite…snuggles and outside playtime.
Kristen is amazing! She will always leave a few update pictures of the pups, and is very quick and efficient in communicating. She's absolutely our go to when we need some help.

I have a large fenced in yard with a big grass area for the dogs to play around in a very safe fence that they cannot dig under or jump over. We do have a pool however, the dogs are not allowed in. I do have a small dog pool that we do take out for them to play in. For the cats, we do have a kitty door leading into our laundry room where all food and kitty litter would be separate from family and dogs. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and we have a massive pile of toys. Any dog that comes into our home and spends the night would have the option of roaming the house and sleeping, where they choose, or being in a crate. There are three big dog beds, both upstairs and down. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own dogs, toys blankets beds whatever you think would make them more comfortable my 95 pound lab can usually be found sleeping on a couch in the kids playroom. And I were coming to your home to care for your dog. I would follow strict instructions trying to keep your regular routine as much as possible

A typical day
Wake up for an early morning walk and play time. I live in a great neighborhood with great paths and walk ways. We have a large yard for zoomies and a small dog pool for fun . My dogs love to play catch. The house is quite large and there are a lot of couches and dog beds to take a nap on.

Availability
We are a large family of six with 4 teen and young adult children. We do have two dogs ourselves, so we have our normal routine that any dog would fit right into. Our day starts at 7 AM. I only work outside of the home a few hours each morning, so I am available majority of the day. Before I leave for work, the dogs are fed and walked with some healthy playtime out in the yard. Normally they are already back to sleep before I leave, and I am back before they’ve woken again. I am available for walks and multiple potty breaks throughout the day having such a large family someone is almost always home.
