Hi! My name is Kristen and I am a student at University of California, Santa Cruz. I have always loved taking care of dogs and seeing them enjoy themselves during my visits is the highlight of every walk/boarding I do. I am very patient and seek to make any experience a dog has with me positive and fun. Whether it be a simple walk or a comfy boarding, your pet will leave pleasantly happy and will be more than willing to come again :) I send as many updates as you request and am very compliant to any other necessary requests. Kristen was by far our best doggy sitter experience! Kristen was superbly focused on our dog’s needs, particularly when our dog had some unexpected issues. We appreciated her kindness, flexibility, resourcefulness and effort to communicate with us.
Kristen is such a fantastic sitter (and a wonderful person, to boot) -- she took loving care of our elderly boy, Alfie, and sent us lots of photos during his stay. She's exactly the type of person you hope to find on a platform like Rover!
This girl made my day! Not only could I go to work but I could go to work and not have to worry about if the sitter was doing a good job. I admit I had withdrawals leaving my dog for the first time but I am so glad that I left him with Kristen! She sent adorable photos of my little Deebo and updated me frequently! Definitely booking again!!

I have a fenced yard with plenty of running space as well as lots of grass and leaves to sniff. I am also extremely close to parks with open fields and dog parks as well. My area is safe to walk in.

A typical day
I have a park that’s a block away from my house with a beautiful, big clearing for dogs to frollick on and just be free. However, this all depends on the location of my clients’ homes. If this is the case, I will ensure that the dog enjoys the walk every time by either taking it to a nice park or plenty of open space.
