I have taken care of dogs within the family home since the age of 6. I have owned my own dogs for the last several years. I also am a foster for dogs with an organization in Kelowna, if I am actively fostering I will not be available for boarding.

We are so happy we chose Kristen to take our 2 year old cattle dog into her home for a week. She was excellent with our pup, provided picture and video updates, and kept our minds at ease the whole trip. I think Sadie was a bit sad to leave when we picked her up!
Kristen was very accommodating to our needs and obviously loves dogs! She sent some lovely updates and cute photos of our pups while in her care. She took very good care of one of our pups who wasn’t feeling good and kept us updated while we were out of country! Would recommend 100%
I found Kristen at the last minute just before I was about to cancel my trip because I couldn’t take my dog with me. Kristen was super accommodating to my schedule. I had no concerns about my dog while I was away and she sent me pictures showing me that my dog was being treated the same as one of her own. Kristen has a beautiful big yard and two very friendly pups. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Kristen look after my pup again.
Kristen is very kind and hard working, she is loving and accepting of dogs and is willing to interact and spend time with them while you are away! Kristen is trust worthy and will always provide the best cate possible to your fur babies! They have 2 puppies that always receive the most love, care and kindness. Waylon and Tika are a woman’s best friend ❤️

I have 3 golden retrievers that love to play with other dogs. We have a large fenced yard in Keremeos that backs onto an empty lot so it is nice and private/relaxing for your pup. Dogs are allowed on all furniture in my house/there are no areas that are restricted from the pups. I do not crate our dogs, however, if you prefer, I can crate your pup if I need to leave the house/during the night.

A typical day
My pups love playing in the yard and we go for walks around the neighborhood as it is quiet. There is also a nice walk along river that we like to enjoy too. We do not utilize dog parks.
