Hi there! My name is Kristen and I have always had a huge love of animals. I went to school for animal science and pet sat for animals during the summers in between college - whether it was check ins, walks, or overnight stays. I loved meeting all of the pets and their different personalities, I even got to pet sit several birds before. That was a fun experience! Growing up, we always had animals in the house as well from fish, hamsters, and rabbits to dogs. I currently work from home Monday - Friday so I will be able to provide plenty of time playing and snuggling your furry companion. I love being active and getting outdoors. I know how much dogs mean to their families and I can assure you your dog will be treated like family in my home. I look forward to hearing from you and can't wait to meet you and your pet! :)

Kris is absolutely phenomenal! We have observed her while she has taken care of our golden, and there’s no doubt she has a passion for animals. Kris is responsible, nurturing, trustworthy, and caring. The love and compassion she brings in taking care of our pup are exemplified by the happiest of tail wags whenever our golden is with her. Amazingly, Kris keeps up with our high-energy and exuberant dog, so by the time our golden comes home, she’s totally exhausted. You can be assured that when you leave your pet with Kris, it will be in the best and most capable hands. For these reasons and many more, it is an absolute privilege for me to recommend Kris.
We have used Kristen for many years to dog sit our dogs. She comes from a family that has always had dogs. Kristen is an amazing, caring, compassionate, and responsible dog lover and person. She always watched our two dogs whether we needed her for one day, a weekend, or a week out of the country. The dogs love her!! She sends pictures and keeps me updated. She knows her stuff...she’s a natural dog lover. One of our dogs passed away and Kristen gets to devote all her time now when she comes to our “spoiled baby.” I would highly recommend Kristen, she is the BEST!!

A typical day
I myself love going for walks and want to give your dog the normal routine they are used to. We will play games, check out all the new smells in my neighborhood, and explore the area. If your dog enjoys fetch, we can play ball or even frisbee in the fenced in yard!
