This was the first time I attempted to use a service like this. I have a recue dog that has a problem with fear aggression and doesn't do well with strangers coming to the house. So Krista had a tough job at hand. Where most people would have walked away, Krista hung in there and figured a way to get the job done. She took the time and had the skills to make Dawson comfortable with her and made the weekend a success. She also stayed in contact with me throughout the weekend. My wife and I were able to enjoy our trip without worries. I was really impressed and would like to extend my highest possible recommendation for Krista.

As a dog owner herself (actually two dogs), Krista understands the needs and the care necessary for a pet to live a playful and enjoyable life. Her own dogs have medical issues that require extra attention in providing daily medication and assistance in climbing stairs/steps, so her attention to specials needs is well developed. Additionally, Krista has experience volunteering for Friday afternoon dog walking and "playtime" at the Va Tech's School of Veterinary Medicine as she pursued her undergrad studies that included several credit hours in the field of animal science.
