I grew up always having a few large dogs but unfortunately can’t have my own in an apartment. I’ve filled this dog sized hole in my heart over the past ten years by housesitting and dogsitting for bosses, family members, friends, and even friends of friends. I usually housesit for at least a couple days but have stayed for up to three weeks. I am happy to take care of the home, take the dog(s) for walks, take them on special trips (Starbucks for pup cones, Feeders Supply to pick out a toy, parks, etc.) when they allow, and of course feed, water, and do all of the essential upkeep. I am comfortable watching multiple pets but, since I only housesit, I can only watch one owner’s pets at a time.
