Pet care experience
I have Experience with all size ranges, from Great Pyrenees to your pocket sized varieties. Newly Retired Federal law enforcement officer so your pup will receive my full attention and a large, secure and private yard. I leash trained a 150 lb Great Pyrenees, and did it without “spankings” or raised voices. I haven’t met a dog I didn’t like or couldn’t handle (fingers crossed). I have a secure fenced yard that your pup can enjoy. If you have a crate trained dog, please remember to bring it. I’ve come to realize it’s a safe place for the pups and helps them feel more at home, away from home. These hot Texas months are much easier and fun with the new doggie pool I justvpurchased (soon to follow: Doggie indoor carpet runner for my tile floor *Live and Learn*.). I always welcome any written instruction from pet parents (Moms/Dads pet care particulars or preferences, including Crating/ bedding instructions, meds, “quirks”) , just in case there is a question I forget to ask. Mums and Dads always feel at ease with ALL the pics and videos showing their pups acclimation and the fun they are having. They will keep you from worrying about your pup so you can enjoy your time away…

Krista is a wonderful sitter. She gave our 2 older and 1 foster puppy (Red Heeler) the best care for their individual needs. Krista's dog helped show the puppy proper social skills. We could not be happier with Krista's caring way with animals. We received great pictures/videos that kept us connected and we were able to relax knowing that our pack was in great hands.
Krista did an amazing job watching Cooper and we were so grateful for her help. We picked cooper up and he was so happy/tired from playing! I would recommend Krista to anyone. She gave our pup her full attention and she sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the stay.

If your pup is Crate trained. No problem, and it’s best not to change up their routine. But if they would rather sleep in the bed with me and it’s ok with Mum and Dad… no problem!

A typical day
I have frisbees and “chuck it” tennis balls for the really active and for the more laid back, chews to pigs ears to gigantic cattle femur bones. That’s why My service fee is a bit higher than other sitters. I spoil my pups and the complimentary chews, treats and toys account for the additional cost. I also regularly spray my yard for fleas and other insects and deep clean carpet and furniture and you know how expensive that can be. Your pups will thank you for it! ? ***If you prefer that your pup have a PRIVATE stay in my home, please let me know so I can clear my Calendar. An additional fee*** of $15/day to the $32/day standard charge for your pups “Private Boarding” and will be adjusted/modified after a confirmed booking, showing the adjusted final fee booking total. You can always cancel within 24 hours before the booking start date if you change your mind or your plans change for one on one, individual attention!***.
