Pet care experience
My 2 young boys (7 & 9) and I love dogs! Love playing with them, taking them for walks, giving them lots of love. I work from home and would love a work buddy and the boys would love a play mate. Fully fenced in large yard and close to walking paths and a dog park. We put our 12 year old lab retriever down last summer and miss having dogs around but we aren’t ready to pull the trigger and get another one yet. We do often have a friends Maltese staying with us as they work long hours. She keeps to herself. I will fully care for the dogs under our care - my boys are there for extra love and help!

Krista did a wonderful job watching Shadow for a week. I received daily pictures/videos and updates. Shadow had a great time, especially playing with the other dogs.

I’m flexible with care instructions in terms of where you want your dog to sleep, how much exercise they need etc. We are comfortable with animals on furniture or in bed. Fully fenced in (tall wood fence) with a large back yard, plenty of safe space to play fetch, sniff, and explore.

A typical day
We will go on walks around the neighborhood, play fetch in the backyard and explore the woods at the local park. There will also be time for plenty of petting and snuggles.

I work from home full time and we are around most of the time on the weekends. Your dog would rarely be at the house by themselves.
