Pet care experience
I’ve been in the animal-care business for as long as I can remember - from dog-sitting for neighbors as a child, to now being one of the lead technicians at a local veterinary hospital. I have been working in the veterinary field for 4 years now and have extensive medical knowledge and care experience when it comes to healthy pets, older pets, or even pets needing medications or complicated care! I am very comfortable with both cats and dogs of any temperament - I’ve seen it all! I currently have 4 fur-babies of my own, so I do not off boarding due to the care of my own animals. My husband can hold the fort down though, for me to help care for your pets!

My dog gets excited whenever he gets to go to Krista's. She is always eager to walk him, take him to the beach, or even just hang with him if I'm too busy to give him the time he needs. Unlike most of our friends with dogs, Krista knows how and what to look for in regards to their health and behavior. She is always calm and gentle with every dog she encounters. I've never seen a dog that didn't love playing with her!

I am happy to go for walks, runs, dog parks, play fetch, swim, whatever activities your dog likes best to stay active and maintain the daily routine!

Availability
I currently work full time Monday- Thursday with the occasional weekend shift. My schedule is very flexible though, and would allow for weekend extended stays or drop in visits in the morning and evening during the week.
