Krista was wonderful! So accommodating and she sent picture updates every day. It was so comforting to know that my pets were in good hands over the holidays. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

Krista did a fine job taking care of our cat. Unfortunately we felt like krista did not take very good care of home however. We arrived back from our holidays to a house full of wet dirty shoe marks all over the floors and living room carpet from a large winter storm. When we asked why the home was left this way and was not cleaned up, she informed us that she is “not a cleaning lady” and we needed to explicitly ask her to take her shoes off when entering our home. We figured this as common courtesy, but in this case we were wrong. To folks that use Krista in the future, take note that if you’d like her to take her shoes off to avoid tracking mud and dirt through out your home after a large snow storm, you need to explicitly tell her this.
