I just want to make animals as happy as they make me, and that's an indescribable amount. I have always had pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards, snakes, etc.) growing up, and I couldn't imagine life without them. It has also made me very intuitive to their feelings, I believe. My husband (who is also a HUGE animal lover with the biggest loving, caring heart) and I currently have three cats and a flock of 11 chickens (four are chicks that I hatched recently). My life revolves around them, and I love my babies more than I can put into words. We would do anything for our babies and any animal. Having chickens has taught me a lot about animal care, as it's not as easy to get a vet appointment for a chicken as it is for your dog or cat. Because of this, I know a lot about warning signs of illnesses and how to administer oral medications and injections to animals if necessary. I live on a large piece of land in Historic Stevensville, so, while my home is small, there is plenty of space. My in-laws, who are also animal lovers, live on the same piece of land, and they have VERY friendly dogs (a lab and a hound mix) and a fenced-in space if your dog is friendly and wants to play.
