I've had pets ever since I was 4. I've personally owned 2 dogs (one was a border collie and the other is half husky and half German Shephard). The latter, I got when he was 6 months old. I just recently started helping a friend with her 6 week old Australian Shepard. I also have 2 cats. My girlfriend frequently calls me the dog whisperer when I interact with her 3 dogs. I've had the pleasure to walk a great Pyrenees twice a week since September of 2022.

Kris was great!! He came to let out my six week old puppy while I was at work. He’d walk her, play with her, feed her, and of course he’d send pictures while I was at work! I loved the updates. Kris was trustworthy with a key to my home and was great at following directions/asking clarifying questions! I’d definitely use Kris again and recommend his help to anybody!
5 Stars for Kris! He was on time and made me feel at ease letting him take my Great Pyrenees Beaux for an hour walk! He sent photos & was back right on time. I will definitely be using Kris in the future to help with my animals. Thank you Rover for providing this service in our community!!
I have seen Kris involved with his dog and cats and also with other peoples and my animals and they attach to him and he to them. He truly cares about their well being.

Unfortunately I can't care for other pets inside my own home since I already have my own little zoo of 3 animals running around in limited space. I'm a big fan of making sure your pet receives the same level of attention and structure that you provide. If there's certain commands or things you're working on then I'm more than happy to memorize those and work with your pet in those things. I'm also more than willing to bathe your dog if you'd like me to (I have special furminator products that I could use for a $5 charge)!

Please let me know any and all special things that your dog requires. In addition to that, I'd love to know what he/she likes and doesn't like, in addition to favorite treats, toys, games, and activities.
A typical day
In the morning I love to go for a walk with the dogs. Then we'll enjoy breakfast (depending on the animal we may do this beforehand). During the day we'll cuddle and play inside. If they're super high energy then we'll go outside to a park, yard, or someplace we can safely and happily get the energy out. In the late afternoon we'll do another walk and dinner.

Availability
I'm currently an actuary so I work remotely. So long as there's a strong and stable wifi connection, I can pet sit while working. I do have experience working from home with my 3 pets running around so it shouldn't be a problem.
