I Love Special Needs and Puppies
Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats since I was a small child. I currently have one well-behaved and friendly dog (Trixie - 6). I help out with rescues, and have taken care of family members' beloved fur-kids for extended times. I will treat your precious fur-baby as if he/she is my own. I lost my special needs fur-baby (Henry - 17), so I know how important it is for them to have extra special care, and more recently lost another fur-baby (Scruffy - 16). I am a retired teacher, so I am able to be with your pet virtually 24/7. I take my fur-kids with me when I go places, unless, of course, it is too warm outside. I have a fenced yard where your pet can play, along with a doggie door. I allow pets on the furniture, and they sleep with me. However, I will do my best to follow your routine and procedures that best suits you and your pet.

Kris was absolutely amazing! She took my short notice booking and Jax had the best time with her and her fur babies for 8 days. He slept most of his first day home, so I know he had a blast! Kris, I can’t thank you enough for taking suck loving care of our baby boy.
Kris was great with our 2 dogs! She was great to work with and communicated well. It is evident that Kris is a dog lover. We also appreciated how she accommodated our puppy by allowing us to set up her pen to maintain the setup she’s used to. We will definitely use Kris again and highly recommend her.
Kirs watched our Maltese Puppy for a weekend. He is very much a puppy - so it was hard to know how he would do while we were away. We met with Kris to introduce our pups and, and felt very comfortable right away. We wanted a person with maturity - who could handle the unknowns. While Toby was a gentleman, he struggled with being away from his family - as we are together ALL the time. Kris handled everything with grace. And when we picked up our little guys - she even gave tips on his ears - and I am so glad - because I had no idea! Probably saved Toby an earache, and us a vet bill. Absolutely 5 Stars, and will use Kris again and again!

A typical day
I do have a large park near my house, and my dogs enjoy going on walks. Mostly, they like being couch potatoes, so if that describes your pet, he/she will fit right in!

Availability
I don't have a daily or weekly routine. Pet care is all I do, so your fur-baby will have my complete attention, with the exception of those few instances I may have an appointment.
