This was out first time leaving our cat, Draco at home and the first time using Rover and I must say both worked out perfectly. We have boarded him in the past and he is always stressed so we thought leaving him home would be better. Kourtne was phenomenal. We are so lucky to have found her. I booked the 1 hour drop-ins to give her time to bond with Draco, who can be a little shy with strangers, but she didn't need it, he bonded with her right away! Kourtne came every day during our booking, cared for Draco's needs, and hung out with him outside in our lanai. She also left me notes as to his eating habits so that I could compare how he eats at home without us vs. boarding where he eats very little. There is absolutely no chance that I won't use Kourtne again. She will be my go to in the future when we have to go away or Draco needs someone to look after him. I can't say enough good things about her and Draco loves her which says it all. I also love the Rover system and the notifications I received during the visits. Thanks Rover and Kourtne for giving me the peice of mind to leave my cat home knowing he will be well taken care of!

She was very friendly and our dog loves her. Will def be using her services again !
