I did not have a good experience with this sitter. I scheduled to board my dog in her home for 5 days and immediately upon dropping him off I felt uneasy. I would reach out each day for an update and there was very minimal communication on her end. Even with reaching out, many times she didn’t respond. Her home is not suitable for dog sitting in the Arizona Summer heat. There is not a shaded spot or yard by her apartment and my dogs paws were burned upon pickup. I picked him up 2 days early as discussed with her the night prior and his paws were covered in his own poop from being stuck in his crate and also covered in the spikey outdoor stickers which added to his discomfort. Overall, especially in the Summer, I do not recommend boarding a dog in this sitters home.

We had our pups stay here in October. Kost was very nice and gave us photos of the pups playing. I did have some concerns as the pups both had bloody Diarrhea when we picked them up and smelled of pee and the kennel had been torn through. I havent had that experience anywhere else like this and I fear they may have been left for long periods in the kennel. There was a lot of dogs at her place in kennels when i got that that seemed very anxious. I got the impression that she may be taking in quite a few dogs and crating them. I was hoping with the 5 star reviews that they would have had a better experience. We opted not to hire again based on this.
