Pet care experience
My fiancé and I have a 3 year old bloodhound German shepherd mix. Together we make sure our pups get at least one hour of exercise, have puppy snuggles on the bed, and go to the river to play when it's extra hot out. We are looking to watch some dogs that will get along with our own! We guarantee your pup will come home happy and tired. Both of us are working from home indefinitely so we will be around your pup all day long! We do take an hour or two breaks for the grocery store or gym but can accommodate if you dont want your pup left alone. This is typically only for boarding, for daycare we are home full time. We have a fully fenced yard for the pups to play in whenever they wish and we go for an hour long play sesh at the park or river around 4 pm everyday. We went through crate training with our pups so we can happily assist with that or continue any training you are working on. Currently we do have a few regulars that we have had for the past 1-2 years so we want to ensure your dog gets along with them as well as Mixie when staying with us! Lastly, our older dog Dylan passed in 2021 so we have a special place in our hearts if you want us to watch your senior dog. Being around younger pups is so energizing for the older dogs and Mixie gives older dogs all the space they need!

Callie had an awesome day with Korina and Jerdon and their dog Mixie! They sent me plenty of updates and pictures and kept her occupied all day which is hard to do for an energetic pup like her. She loved their walk to the river! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!
Korina and Jerdon were awesome! They were super communicative and provided plenty of updates. Daphne got a ton of playtime and attention. Would absolutely book with them again.

We ensure all dogs we watch get along before taking care of them. Dogs will be supervised outside and inside. We put away any of our dogs favorite toys and feed separately if your dog is sleeping over! If a pup is looking tired we ensure they have a safe space to rest

Information Korina & Jerdon H. would like to know about your pet
We would love to know if your dog can be left alone for small amounts of time (1-2) hours or needs to be crated (we have a crate!). If we are boarding your pup we take breaks for the gym. If we are watching them for daycare they won’t typically be left alone at all! Let us know if theres any ongoing training youd like us to help reinforce. We can also give your pups any medication they take as we had a senior dog who was on medication. Can your dog eat around other dogs, how are they off leash at a dog park? We like to stay active with the pups so any concerns you might have about that would be helpful! Where does your fur baby sleep? Dogs usually sleep in our room unless they sleep in their crate.
A typical day
We treat your dog like our own! That means at least an hour walk, maybe a swim at the river near our house if its hot (the river is slow moving in the summer) and occasional walks around our neighborhood. We also take the occasional hardware store trip and love to bring the pups along!

Availability
Our own dog loves to be outside (she will not come in on sunny days). So we let her play as long as she wants. Her dog friends that we watch can come in and outside as they please. We supervise interactions and outside time. We have beds in all rooms for pups. We go for an hour or walk along the Cedar River Trail. If we have many dogs we usually stay home and walk the dogs that didn’t get a ton of play time!
