Pet care experience
Ive taken care of both my own families animals for years, along with friends and families pets. I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from a teacup chihuahua to an adult husky. This also includes mostly periods of having multiple dogs. I also grew up with cats, usually in pairs. I myself have owned small birds, along with a leopard gecko. I’ve done sitting work for more relaxed animals, but also more agressive or high maintenance ones. I myself currently own a young black cat named Nordly!

Konnor stayed at our place over the weekend and took great care of our senior greyhound! He was very quick to respond to all messages and kept us regularly updated while we were gone. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for care for their pets!
Konnor kept us up to date and sent along cute update photos. He is always very responsive and we would use him again.
Konner was super communicative, responding within seconds to our texts. This was his first time with our dog, Chloe, and he did a great job. He sent photos and let us know that Chloe was doing well. We definitely trusted his care with both our dog and home. We highly recommend Konner and will use him again!
Konnor was amazing with my dog and cat! My cat suffers from chronic heart disease and requires special attention and frequent administration of medication, which Konnor did with the utmost timeliness and responsibility. He kept me well informed and updated on all the goings on. He’s responsive, kind, responsible and clearly loves helping out with pets. He’s great with dogs and cats! Can’t recommend him highly enough. Wonderful experience.

I will always try to accommodate to the needs of the specific pet or pets. If it’s a shy cat who just needs some food and alone time, awesome I’ll keep my distance! A needy attention seeking dog? I would love to give all my attention and energy! I’m used to a routine for dogs and cats, and daily cleanings of their areas. As long as we can communicate what your pet needs, I’ll make it happen.

I do not have much experience with dogs that require medication. I more than willing to learn and work with them, but I would need a heads up for those things.
A typical day
I can try to stay as close to the dogs needs as possible when planning the day. I myself love a good walk, but I also am no stranger to a lazy day. Matching the pets energy is the goal.

Availability
I currently work about 25-30 hours a week at a job where I create my schedule weekly (thursdays), so this gives me incredible flexibility to work around anyone’s schedule as long as dates are given more than a week in advance! I also am a full time student, with classes Mon, Wed, and Fri. These are during the day with full availability by late afternoon/early evening on the listed class days (come september).
