Hello! Thanks for stopping by my page! I run Klaudia’s K9’s full time. We are a fully insured business.. I will briefly explain how I run my small business below but there is a ton of info/photos on our FB page if you’d like to know more about us personally! Please read all info carefully before requesting a booking. BOARDING Boarding is ran within our home in Sheridan. Our property sits on 2.5 mostly wooded acres. It is not fenced yet as we have just moved here. There will be runs put up for potty breaks, some dogs will be walked instead. Dogs get potty breaks every 4-6 hours with a playtime with our other boarders. We will make sure to match them with other dogs of their personality! Think of our home as a vacation for your pet! All dogs MUST be kennel trained as all dogs are kenneled when not being actively watched. If your dog has anxiety, this needs to be discussed prior to booking. All MALE dogs 2.5 years old and older must be fixed! There is a little bit of leniency with this but it needs to be discussed prior to booking. All dogs must have a rabies vaccine. I don’t require any other vaccines.. however if you are boarding your puppy, I recommend having at least your first 3 series of puppy shots done before boarding.. boarding a puppy is at your own risk. All dogs must be dog friendly. Any dogs 13 years of age or older I would recommend house sitting vs boarding as a boarding environment tends to be too fast paced for our older four pawed friends. Medication administration is free of charge.. insulin shots are welcome. HOUSE SITTING House sitting is ran by 2 other sitters on the team. House sitting is not 24 hour care.. and that is something we are not able to provide. Our sitters make sure your pets are taken care of every 5-6 hours and then a sitter stays overnight with your pets as well. If you need more frequent visits, it can be discussed but this will be provided at an extra charge. Please be kind to your sitters and trust that we know what we’re doing..it can be just as uncomfortable for your sitter to stay in your home as it is for you to have a person you don’t know well at your home…all video recording cameras need to be pointed out during the meet and greet. If your sitter states she is uncomfortable with the placement of the camera, they are to be removed or moved to a different location. If there is any other people coming/going out of your home during a sitters stay, it needs to be mentioned BEFORE the booking. Nobody is to stay at the home with the sitter. We love house sitting when we’re able to not only make your pets feel like our family, but when we can trust and work together with the owners! House sitting is a great option for dog aggressive dogs, dogs with anxiety, older dogs, families with multiple pets, and puppies! But we leave the option open to anybody! We require all dogs to have a rabies vaccine unless they are too young or your vet recommended against it. DROP INS AND DOG WALKING Most, if not all drop in and dog walking requests are accepted if requested in a timely manner. All scheduled visits are always taken care of. If there is ever an emergency where your sitter cannot make it, there are at least 2 others that could. We have never no showed a client.. unless there was a safety concern.. in the past 3 years I’ve been running my business. Please be honest about your dog’s behaviors so I can match the right sitter/walker to you and your pets. Drop ins can be booked for other animals including cats, birds, bunnies, etc. I have 6 years in past vet med experience and several years in analyzing dog behaviors!
