Oh geez where do I start? Well, obviously my name is Ki'yonna (key-yawn-ah) bit of a funky way of spelling it I know, and I LOVE animals. For as far back as I can remember I've always been around animals. From showing horses and raising dogs and cats to helping a wildlife centre with squirrels, possums, skunks etc. I just love them. I am in university for Criminology and from there wish to launch a career with Law Enforcement as a canine unit officer. As much experience as I have now with my own dogs and cats, as well as friends' pets, I am always ready and willing to experience more. Getting to know my community and helping out people who could use a hand, always pushes me forward. I promise by commissioning me I will treat you and your companion(s) with the utmost respect :3 *** Please note: I currently do not have a car so location is a heavy factor in regards to my acceptance of an offer ***

Ki'yonna shows an understanding of dog behavior and training that I haven't seen in someone her age. With large dogs of her own, she will be able to walk difficult or untrained dogs with no problem. She is also very trustworthy and reliable, always doing everything she can to help others and make her commitments. I think she will make an excellent dog walker and I highly recommend her.
Ki'yonna really understands animals. She has trained both our dogs and started training dogs at age 8. Ki'yonna's grandparents own a farm and from age 3 she was showing horses. In her spare time she volunteers her time at Urban Wild Life. Giving life back to animals that almost lost their lives. When Ki'yonna dedicates her time into something or someone, she gives it 150%.
Ki'yonna is actually my sister and I know she is a good dog owner because we've had dogs literally our entire lives. Cats too. She always takes Jack and Bolt on long walks and if she had a car she would take them to the dog park everyday.

My biggest things are the dog's temperament, quirks (favourite toys, treats, escape-artist etc.), any disabilities, medications (I am willing to learn how to administer meds, as I've had to do it with wildlife). And I have no preferences at all :3 Breed doesn't matter, size doesn't matter, temperament doesn't matter, I'm a very flexible person. As long as I'm given detailed information and you trust me I will serve you and your companion to the best of my ability.
A typical day
Depending on where you live I would love to go on trails and to parks. Corporal Nathan Cirillo Park is one of my favourite spots, just wish it was a bit closer to where I lived haha. I would play with and attend to your dog constantly to ensure I've established a trusting bond with them. And depending on your dog's temperament and your wishes I would be happy introducing them to other dogs to help socialize them (even with my own, they are well-mannered boys I promise). I will also ALWAYS keep you updated about the well-being of your animal, even if nothing eventful happened and we're just hanging out at a park.
