Pet care experience
I am currently in my second year in Veterinary Technician school and work in a mixed animal practice as a Kennel Tech and Veterinary Assistant. I have had experience in caring for animals with disabilities and rehabilitation on several species of animals. I have knowledge in caring for a wide variety of animal and in giving medication and first aid. I have a great family who all love animals. I have previously been a Preschool teacher and part time before and after school Coordinator. I am a 42 yr old mother of 3 boys and my husband is a peace officer for Cyfair. I would love to get to know you and your pets. I am flexible with days and times and available at almost all times of the year.

What I love most about Kiya is that she treats my animals as if they were her own. Her knowledge and critical thinking in the veterinary field are amazing and she has excellent hands-on experience for basic veterinary needs. She is responsible and she always returns phone calls or texts in a timely fashion.
Kiya is an amazing caregiver and I trust her implicitly. Her care and love for the animals is obvious in every interaction with them, and she consistently goes above and beyond to provide them with the highest quality of care. Between her veterinary technician training, and her loving gentle demeanor, you could not ask for a better caretaker for your pets.
