SORRY but I have recently accepted a teaching position and will be moving into a house where I can no longer be watch dogs. I will greatly miss seeing all my favorite dogs!! I have been dog sitting in my home since 2011. Since that time we have watched hundreds of dogs, and never once has any dog been injured lost. So have no fear, your dog will be in the right hands!! Located near I-10 and Hwy 6 in West Houston. I stay home during the day working on my masters degree and caring for my baby. We have a fully fenced backyard and a pool available for those doggies that love to swim. I take pride in the services I provide and we love making dogs happy! I love animals -- I have worked as a doggie daycare attendant and assistant dog trainer at Peace Love & Dogs, and have also worked for the Houston SPCA. Before that, I was a teacher for Spring Branch ISD for three years (background check complete). FYI: your dog must be ok with a laid back CAT that does not run. Most of the time the cat stays in the back room, but once in awhile he will venture out into the living room. FYI: We do have a small pool in our backyard, but we never leave any dog unattended near it, esp since we have a child. If this worries you at all, feel free to stop by and check everything out beforehand! Since we monitor all backyard activity, for those dogs that love to swim, they have a great time! Our dog Blackberry is 9 years old, and very versatile. She can be both a high-energy playmate, or a calm, comfortable bed mate. She is about 30 lbs. Also, please be aware that I do have a daughter, age 9, but she is very dog and cat savvy like her mother!
