Growing up on a farm, I've had the privilege of caring for a diverse range of animals, from birds and cats to dogs, mice, sheep, and more. Additionally, my mother's background as a veterinarian has provided me with valuable insights into animal behavior, particularly with dogs. I offer top-notch care for dogs of all breeds and sizes. With a deep understanding that large and small breeds have unique behavior and physical needs, I tailor my attention to meet the individual requirements of each furry friend. From energetic playtime with larger breeds to gentle cuddles with smaller ones, I provide personalized care to ensure every dog feels comfortable, happy, and loved. Kita and her partner were just incredible when it comes to taking care of our little energetic dashhound Pablo. Pablo is usually pretty spoiled by us and a highly energetic puppy, and Kita seemed to totally embraces him. She played with him all day, sent us loads of photos and came back to a very happy Pablo. She is super flexible and caring, and we’re lucky to have found her as our regular sitter.
Kita looked after our beloved 2 year old Saint Bernard Alfie for a 3 night stay. This was Alfies first few nights away from us since we got him. Alfie has unfortunately had a few health issues over the last 6 months which made us very hesitant to leave him with someone as he had to be medicated up to three times a day. Kita took this very seriously, keeping us updated as we requested and sent many happy photos of her and Alfies adventures. We trusted her a lot and have continued to bring Alfie to her everytime we come up to Whistler.

A typical day
The perks of living in Whistler is the proximity to a vast range of lakes, trails, hikes and parks. There are many activities to chose from wether it be going on a long walk, going to the lake, going to the dog park, or even going biking with your doggo (with only bike friendly dogs that is). I also have a large living space that would easily accommodate inside activities and games for dogs who aren't able to enjoy the outdoors as much as their other furry friends such as rabbits, cats, inside pets or even smaller, anxious, old or special needs dogs. As long as you let me know there needs, i have the means to accommodate.

I currently am self-employed and have all the time in the world to look after your furry friends. I am flexible in any schedule your pet needs to follow and am more than happy to accommodate any special needs your pet may have. My availability with reasonable notice is all days of the week and all hours of the day, including over night stays.
