Pet care experience
I’ve lived with animals for almost my whole life! Two German Shepards and a Westie growing up, and the best cat in the world in college. I also frequently take care of my brother’s dog and pet-sit for my friends and neighbors. On top of this, I volunteered for my local dog shelter for two years in college and interned at a veterinary clinic for a year.

Kirstin was so amazing! My dog had a great time while boarding with her. She sent me lots of pictures and videos. She was also great at communicating with me. Truly appreciate her flexibility when my flight home was canceled and she was able to help by extending the boarding for my dog. We will be working with her again for our next trip and highly recommend her.
Kirstin was very friendly the first time we met for the meet and greet. She was quite caring and took good care of my cat and also helped with bandage changing. She also brought in any packages that arrived while I was out of town. She took her time the second visit with my cat and wrote good progress notes. I would recommend her for pet care.
Kirstin is so wonderful with Bella, and Bella loves her! Kirstin is also extremely communicative/responsive.

I live in an apartment, but have a fenced dog park right outside my front door. I also have a fenced field about 5 blocks away, so if your pet needs to get out some energy by exercising and running around, I can play fetch with them to their heart’s content!

A typical day
I love being active and playing with the pets I watch! We can go to the large park by my apartment and play fetch and frisbee, or just run around until we need a break. I also have an enclosed dog park right outside my front door, so your doggo can meet other friends in a supervised outdoor environment if you wish!

Availability
I work from home all weekdays, which means I can take frequent breaks to play with your fur-babies, take them on walks, and provide care and attention whenever they need. I can also work from anywhere, so I can house-sit and take care of your pets from home (as long as you have decent wifi and don’t mind me working in your space!).
