My mom always said she was allergic to dogs, so every chance I got, I offered to watch my neighbors and friends dogs: from Yorkies to German Shepards. Then one day after school, my sister brought home a Maltipoo named Maple - three months old and not potty trained. After years two years of helping care and train Maple, with a heavy heart I had to move. I've lived in Hawaii for two years now and rescued Dexter, a one year old Terrier mix, from the Humane Society and could not be happier! I live in a dog friendly apartment complex with plenty of parks around free for your dog friend to sniff and play or we can chill indoors, take naps, and eat -parent approved- treats. I can walk your pooch or make sure they have a safe place to stay over night. I'm only looking to care for one dog at and time. Dexter is non threatening and loves other dogs after meeting them. He'll need to meet them before allowing them to hangout in his home. Leaving your dog with someone is hard, so Dexter and I are hoping to create a safe and enjoyable space for your four legged friend so you don't have to worry about their well being while you're away!
